Fees
Consultation fees
The fee for a standard consultation session is $190.
The fee for after hours sessions (sessions after 5pm) is $210.
A standard consultation session is 55 minutes.
No referral is required unless you wish to claim on Medicare.
Medicare rebates
If you have a referral from your GP for a Mental Health Care Plan, you will be eligible for a $93.35 rebate on your session (for a standard session the gap will be $96.65).
Cancellation & reschedules
A 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy applies to all appointments.
If you fail to attend your appointment or if you reschedule or cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a $55 cancellation/reschedule fee.
Please advise Functional Minds Psychology by SMS or phone as soon as possible if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Payment
All fees are payable at the time of consultation.
Payment can be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or eftpos.
